Deployable waste-to-value infrastructure for regulated markets

Organicco is an OEM. We design, manufacture and deploy modular, containerised hardware systems — with controls and operating data intelligence — to convert wet organics and hard-to-recover materials into practical outputs that can be handled, stored, transported and sold (subject to local regulations).

We build and deploy the kit — engineering support is there to get systems running reliably on site.
What you get from Organicco
  • Modular platforms configured for your feedstock and outcome
  • Deployment: delivery, installation support, commissioning, operator training
  • Operational intelligence: instrumentation + controls + monitoring
Outputs and compliance depend on feedstock, configuration and local regulations.

Proven platforms, built to scale

Deployable systems that work in real site constraints — scaled through repeatable modules and robust delivery.

Commercial | Installed
ecoHERO — accelerated thermophilic aerobic digestion with CO₂ recovery.

ecoDRYER — continuous rotary granulating dryer for digestate / wet organics.
Pilot scale
ecoMAN — microwave-based pyrolysis for sewage sludge → biochar pathways (subject to regulation).

ecoENERGY — syngas-to-energy variation (electricity and/or heat).
Pilot development
ecoMAN CART — microwave + multi-stage fluidised bed approach for plastics commodity recovery pathways (e.g., SAF/naphtha/monomers/hydrogen), dependent on downstream upgrading and permits.

Solutions built for real sites

Three clear pathways — commercial installs today, pilots for the next wave.

Digestate & wet organics

Commercial

Turn wet residues into a stable, transportable product using modular stabilisation and drying/granulation — designed for operator workflows and repeatable roll-out.

Products: ecoHERO, ecoDRYER

Sewage sludge & biochar

Pilot

Deployable thermal conversion pathways for sludge-derived solids where regulation, traceability and output consistency matter.

Products: ecoMAN, ecoENERGY

Plastics → commodities / energy

In development

Configurations for hard-to-recover plastics targeting commodity recovery or local energy generation, aligned to downstream requirements and compliant handling.

Product: ecoMAN CART

Outputs and compliance depend on feedstock, configuration and local regulations.

If you run an AD site: start with ecoDRYER

ecoDRYER is our continuous rotary granulating dryer designed for digestate and wet organics. It integrates drying and granulation to support a more uniform, market-ready product outcome, with embedded intelligence aimed at nutrient retention and quality optimisation (site-dependent).

  • Designed for practical handling and consistent output quality
  • Modular, retrofit-friendly deployment approach
  • Integration depends on site utilities, heat sources and permits

How a deployment starts

Share basic site inputs and we’ll confirm technical fit and the quickest path to a system proposal. No confidential commercial information required at this stage.

Request a system proposal
1) Share site basics
Feedstock, tonnes/day, moisture estimate, utilities/heat sources, constraints and timeline.
2) Confirm fit
We recommend the module set, footprint, utilities and integration approach.
3) Deploy & support
Installation support, commissioning, training and ongoing service.
